Our office will be closed Wednesday, August 26 thru Monday, August 31 and reopen on Tuesday, September 1 at 8am.
If you need medical attention during this time, please go to Sterling Health Urgent Treatment Center located at 633 Maysville Road (across from Applebees). For after hours treatment, please proceed to St. Joseph Mt. Sterling ER or the ER of your choice.
Please contact your pharmacy for any medication refills during this time. All refills will be taken care of electronically during this time with a slight delay.
To speak with our on call provider regarding an urgent medical issue, please give the office a call at 859-498-0200 for instructions.

We do not have Internet or phone service today 8/12/2026. We are still open. We will be working with paper charting. If you need refills, you can call pharmacy and they can send request for non narcotics and we can try to fill. May be delayed until Internet back up and running.

** FRAUD ALERT**

Please be sure to review all your Medicare Explanation of Benefits to confirm that all claims processed for you are valid! Medicare has discovered a nationwide issue with fraudulent claims being submitted for items such as catheter supplies, CPAP supplies along with back and joint braces. Millions of dollars were paid for these claims despite the patient not being eligible for the items and items were never received by the patient. If you see any suspicious claims on your EOBs, please contact the Fraud and Abuse Department at Medicare by calling 1-800-633-4227.
A complaint can also be filed with the Office of Inspector General by calling 1-800-447-8477.
