Meet Leann, Memory Care Coordinator at Mt. Sterling Health & Rehab Center.

Leann began her healthcare journey in high school through a CNA program and has since grown through roles including CNA, CMA, Phlebotomist, EMT, Activities Assistant, and now Memory Care Coordinator.

Recently, she earned her Certified Dementia Practitioner credential through a company-sponsored training program and now helps support dementia education for our team.
