💙 Now Offering Spravato® Treatment at Victory Behavioral Health!

For individuals who have struggled to find relief from depression through traditional antidepressant treatments, another option may be available. Victory Behavioral Health is now offering Spravato® (esketamine) for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and certain adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) experiencing acute suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray administered in-office under medical supervision, with a comfortable, private space available throughout treatment and monitoring.

Victory Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Community Support Associates (CSA) and Peer Support Specialists (PSS)!

This is a full-time, 1099 contractor position serving individuals throughout our communities by providing hands-on support that promotes independence, recovery, and overall wellness.

What You'll Do:
✅ Help individuals build coping, communication, and daily living skills.
✅ Connect clients with community resources and supports.
✅ Encourage progress toward treatment goals while promoting recovery and independence.
✅ Collaborate with our clinical team and document services provided.

Requirements:
✔️ 18 years of age or older
✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ A passion for helping others and a willingness to learn

Experience in behavioral health, human services, or social work is helpful but not required. We provide the training you need to succeed and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
