Thirteen years ago, on August 1, 2013, we opened our doors with a simple mission: to provide exceptional orthopedic care close to home.

What started as a vision has grown into so much more.

Over the past 13 years, we’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients, expanding our clinic, growing our physical therapy services, and continuing to invest in the health of our community.

And we’re just getting started.

This year marks another exciting chapter as we break ground on our community’s only orthopedic surgery center—bringing advanced, high-quality surgical care to Decatur and Central Illinois like never before.

None of this would be possible without the trust of our patients, the dedication of our incredible physicians and staff, and the support of this amazing community. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.
