Did you know that IPMA has the region's most experienced treatment team for Opioid Use Disorder?

Substance use disorders, including opioid use disorder (OUD), affect over 4.5 million Americans including many in our local communities. Addiction is a complex disease, but with proper treatment and support, it is treatable!

IPMA physicians, APRNs, and nursing and clinical staff have been helping take care of these patients for over 14 years and offer treatment options for both the underlying chronic pain that often leads to opioid use disorder as well as OUD itself. Some of the most current medication options, including Suboxone, Zubsolv, and the once-a-month Sublocade injection are available through our clinic. Our experienced and non-judgmental clinical staff can also help connect you with community counseling, group, and rehabilitation resources to assist you in your recovery.

Did you know that you can now text your care team? Our clinics now support Rhinogram, a HIPPA compliant, secure text-based messaging platform that doesn't require downloading an app or yet another portal login! This service is now supported at both Mountain Home and Harrison clinics. This platform allows our staff to respond to your questions, refill requests, and appointment needs more efficiently.

You may continue to call or text the main office phone system at 479-323-0557 as well. We often experience call volumes in excess of 300-400 calls a day, and all messages and calls are handled by the same staff you see taking care of you in clinic, not a remote call center or customer service chatbot! Integrating these systems is a complex process and we are thankful for your patience and understanding as we continue to work diligently to improve your patient experience.
