We’re proud to share that Blair Sherrill has earned her Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential in addition to her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC)!

This advanced training allows Blair to provide specialized treatment for a wide range of conditions related to swelling, tissue health, and lymphatic function, including:

✔ Lymphedema & Lipedema
✔ Pregnancy, postpartum, and post-C-section swelling
✔ Post-surgical swelling
✔ Cancer treatment-related swelling
✔ Orthopedic injury-related edema
✔ Scar tissue restrictions, fibrosis, and radiation-induced tissue changes
✔ Swelling associated with chronic wounds or decreased mobility

Meet Katie!
Physical Therapist

Katie is the newest addition to our growing staff, coming to TOTAL.

Katie is originally from the Mountain Home area, graduating from MHHS in 2018. She attended the University of Central Arkansas for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

What does she LOVE about Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy has the ability to give people their lives back, helping them do to things they love, whatever that may be, without pain and without fear!

What’s her FAVE thing about TOTAL?
TOTAL has a supportive and comfortable atmosphere with fantastic, knowledgeable staff to help clients achieve their goals tailored to their specific needs.

Fun facts: Katie is engaged to our Personal Trainer/PT Tech Seth! In her free time, she loves to read, cook, bake, and do all things outdoors!

Tanya is one of our amazing Physical Therapist Assistants here at TOTAL Physical Therapy who brings so much positivity and care to every patient she works with. 😊💙

With eight years of experience as a PTA, Tanya has built a strong passion for helping patients regain confidence and get back to doing the things they love. Her specialties include orthopedics, LSVT BIG, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Tanya enjoys spending time at the river, soaking up farm life, and making the most of the simple moments. 🚤🐄

She’s fueled by Sonic cherry limeades and loves a good hibachi lunch from Fujiyama’s. 🍒🥤🍱

After a long day, her favorite treat is a Dairy Queen Blizzard, and her current favorite song is “Loving Life Again” by Ella Langley. 🍦🎶

Her motto for this year is: “Control the controllables.”

We are so thankful to have Tanya as part of our TOTAL team, and our patients appreciate the encouragement, compassion, and care she brings every day.

For those who don't know, Seth operates under one simple rule:

"If it's broken, I'll fix it.
If it doesn't exist, I'll build it."

The man can fix a door, hang a TV, build a wall, remodel a clinic, and somehow still answer his phone when we call with, "Is it normal that.."

Today we're celebrating the guy who proves every day that no project is too big, no problem is too complicated, and there is no limit on how many times we can rearrange gym equipment.
