🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Position Summary
Restore Regenerative & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled, reliable, and patient-centered LPN to join our growing physician-led outpatient clinic. We specialize in evidence-based sports medicine, regenerative therapies (including ultrasound-guided PRP and orthobiologics), recovery modalities, longevity/functional medicine, and performance optimization for athletes, active adults, and patients seeking non-surgical solutions.
The LPN will provide direct patient care and clinical support under the direction of the physician, assisting with procedures, patient preparation and education, medication administration, documentation, and daily clinic flow in a fast-paced, high-quality regenerative and sports medicine setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, medical histories, medication lists, and chief complaints; prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist the physician with clinical procedures, including ultrasound-guided injections, PRP preparation and administration support, phlebotomy, and other orthobiologic or regenerative treatments.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with blood processing/centrifugation for PRP and related procedures (training provided as needed).
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment; maintain sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Administer medications and injections as ordered and within Arkansas LPN scope of practice.
• Provide clear patient education on pre- and post-procedure instructions, aftercare, recovery protocols, and basic treatment expectations.
• Accurately document patient encounters, vital signs, procedures, and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Perform telephone triage, return patient calls, coordinate follow-up, and assist with scheduling and referrals as directed.
• Support clinic operations: restock supplies, clean and sterilize equipment/rooms, maintain inventory of procedure kits and clinical supplies.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow, safety, and a positive patient experience.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations; escalate to the physician as needed.
• Uphold clinic standards for regulatory compliance, patient privacy (HIPAA), and quality care.
Qualifications
Required:
• Current, unrestricted Arkansas LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical skills including vital signs, medication administration, and patient assessment/documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment and take direction from the physician.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of patient care and professionalism.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, injection clinics, or procedural settings.
• Phlebotomy experience and comfort with blood draws.
• Experience assisting with joint injections, PRP, or ultrasound-guided procedures.
• Familiarity or interest in recovery modalities or functional/longevity medicine settings.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, assist with patient positioning, and perform clinical tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift/move equipment or supplies as needed (occasional moderate lifting).
