AS PROMISED....Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we've gotten since our announcement about the sale of our building!

Question: ARE YOU LEAVING THE AREA?!?!
Answer: This has caused some slight panic, so let me assure you...No! We will continue to serve Baxter county and surrounding areas!

Question: WILL YOU STILL DO COUNSELING?
Answer: Of course. NOTHING about our mission and vision will change. We simply need a new place to do it so we can move forward and provide MORE services!

Question: WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
Answer: Multiple reasons having to do with building technicalities and the way God has refined our specific vision for providing housing for homeless teens! We have a deep love for the historical component of the building, the beauty and character within, and the icon it is for Mountain Home. We can't wait to see who can create something great with it for our community! There is NOTHING wrong with the building that makes it impossible for the right buyer to have great success with it. In fact, there have been significant upgrades and some benefits that go with the building, so please send them our way if you know of anyone interested! We are an open book, so send them with questions!

Question: WHERE ARE YOU GOING?
Answer: The easiest answer is, nowhere until we can sell the building! Unless of course, a charitable opportunity arises that allows for adequate office space and expansion! Until then, we cannot move forward!

It is with some sadness, but also hope-filled hearts that we announce Grace Abounds Counseling will be moving.

We firmly believe we were blessed with this beautiful, full-of-history building for the time we had it, but due to multiple obstacles impacting our overall mission/vision we need to sell the property in order to move forward.

Sometimes, the way God works is beyond the comprehension of man. Sometimes, the greatest blessings come after tears. Tears from confusion...frustration...worry...the unknown.

There is a lot we are unsure of, but what we do know is that God is guiding our steps and we are simply walking in our calling. Grace Abounds and all we stand for...all we work toward...all the care we have for you and our community is not changing. Only our location is.

Though we may not be able to answer all the questions immediately (because we might not know), feel free to drop your feedback/concerns/questions below. We will be posting more information soon and would love to answer what we can in future posts!
