You booked your consultation... now what?
Great question. Here's your pre-appointment cheat sheet so we can make the most of our time together because a little effort beforehand = a much smoother appointment.

Drink your water. Electrolysis works best on hydrated follicles — think of it as pre-gaming, but for skincare. Aim for half your body weight in ounces for the 3 days beforehand.

Sunscreen is non-negotiable. We can't work on sunburned skin, so if you're crispy, we'll have to push your appointment back until it calms down. Mineral-based sunscreens are usually your best bet, I am always testing out new ones, so ask me which one I'm loving at the moment!

Come in clean. Makeup, lotion, sweat, dead skin — it's all just stuff getting between me and your follicles. Come in fresh-faced and ready to go!

Caffeine can wait its turn. It's a stimulant, which means more sensitivity for you during your appointment. Hold off until after — consider it a well-earned reward for being brave.

Let the hair grow. I know, I know — this is the part where you have to resist your instincts. But I need something to actually grab onto with my tweezers, so give it 2-3 days minimum before you come in.
