September is here and weekly sound baths are back! Every Tuesday I will host weekly sound baths at Campbell Recreation & Community Services from 1:30-2:30 (we need 3 more sign ups to run the class and can take up to 5 more), and every Wednesday at 1:30-2:30 I’ll be at City of Los Altos Recreation (the class is officially running and we have 15 spots left thanks to the large room we’re in!)

I am so excited to be leading a chakra sound bath and meditation for Jess Boots’s Connected Leadership Retreat on 9/26 in beautiful Sonoma County! Happy Leo Season, friends! This month I’ve been focusing on a lot of behind the scenes stuff and also dealing with some unexpected news that caused last minute scrambling. I also found out my kitty Sierra is having some health issues that are unfortunately common due to her age (she turns 14 on the 30th!) so I’m getting more answers from the vet and will focus on keeping her happy and comfortable. Still working on putting those puzzle pieces together, but in the meantime, I am very excited to bring my signature sound bath and meditation to Formé Pilates Studio on the 27th! They are a new Pilates studio in South Palo Alto, and you will LOVE how cozy and aesthetic their space is! We have 12 spots for this event, so be sure to book yours soon! I’m on that summer reading grind (I was the kid reading hundreds of books every summer my mom can confirm). As a crystal healer, I’ve been looking for ways to bring crystals into my group offerings and one way is through my meditations. I’m looking for a crystal vendor to supply tumbles and palm stones for me to add to my sound baths with meditation so attendees can bring crystals home with them to continue working with these incredible energies. This book gave me lots of great ideas for meditations and crystals to work with.

Read this pair of books back to back and I found them to be compact guides for energy healing for our furry friends. I am looking forward to adding energy healing for animals to my offerings. I plan to focus on cats, dogs, and horses, and perhaps expand to other farm animals in the future. Animals are quite sensitive to energy and they have their ways of healing us as well ❤️

I’ve fallen behind on my book posting! This is an excellent book by Helen Ye Plehn | Art & Spirituality about our soul aura color and how it’s connected to our gifts, wounds, and lessons. My soul aura color is Jade so I have a Healer archetype, and I’ve leaned into Lime (Entrepreneur) and Chartreuse (Entertainer) as well which makes so much sense as a singer-songwriter and energy healer running her own businesses. I highly recommend this book and Helen’s podcast The Aura Evolution Podcast!

Today I hit a major milestone in my health journey: I attended my 250th class at !! A while back, I reached out to several fitness/wellness studios in the area to collaborate with them on sound baths and their offerings. I got a reply from b3LA and they invited me to do a sound bath for their team. The moment I stepped into their space, I knew this was a special place. Everyone was so welcoming, they all work as a team with so much respect and patience, and I immediately knew this was a community I wanted to be a part of. I took a free intro class, then signed up for their 2 week unlimited special, and then signed up for their unlimited membership and have been going 4-5 times a week, sometimes twice a day ever since. My body loves movement, but it craves mindful movement. That’s why I love hiking, yoga, and Pilates so much as well. When you reach 250 classes at b3, you get to sign one of the four exercise balls (the other three being 500, 750, and 1000 classes). It’s been just over a year since I joined and I’ve already hit this milestone. Yes, I’ve worked incredibly hard because I want to feel good in my body again. But I wouldn’t have gotten here without the support of the incredible instructors and amazing staff. Here’s to the next 250!
(And of course, after taking two classes today I also went on a 1.6 mile hike in the Santa Cruz Mountains with to really top it off)

Recently finished this short and sweet book on meditation with intention. I’m always learning new techniques for my offerings and I love how straightforward and personal this book was.
