Are some of the posts I have on my page controversial? Absolutely. Then why am I sharing them on my professional Facebook account?
Because as a thera**st, as a female, as someone who knows the difference between right and wrong, and as a leader in my community it is my duty to present these issues to you in order to create more awareness and understanding on why it’s so necessary to have these difficult conversations with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, all adults and elders.
Keep your chin up though. Things are going to get better. Coping skills and caring for ourselves and others will get us through. The answer is always love.💕 ♥️💓
