She wanted her brows lifted. No surgery. Here’s how we did it and why the approach matters 👇
Your face has muscles that lift your brows up and muscles that pull them down. They work against each other all day long.
The muscle that lifts? It’s in your forehead. The muscles that pull down? They’re between your brows and around your eyes.
Here’s the tradeoff most people don’t know about: if you freeze your forehead to get rid of wrinkles, you’re turning off the very muscle that’s holding your brows up. That can actually make the heaviness worse 😬
This patient had naturally smooth forehead skin with no lines. She didn’t need it treated. So we left it completely alone.
Instead we only treated the muscles pulling her brows down: glabella and crow’s feet. Once those relaxed, her forehead could do its job freely. Nothing fighting against it anymore.
✅ The result: lifted brows, bigger eyes, less heaviness. And her forehead still moves naturally.
This plan was built for her face. Someone else with the same goal but different skin might need a completely different approach. That’s why every treatment starts with a full assessment.
