Meet our newest clinician, Carolyn Mateo:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I work with clients navigating relationship issues, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, aging, phase-of-life transitions, career aspirations and changes, and parental challenges.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, addressing the overall well-being of each client. I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. By integrating evidence-based practices with a solution-focused perspective, I help clients develop effective strategies to enhance their emotional health and overall quality of life.

In addition to individual therapy, I have experience working with couples, providing guidance to strengthen relationships and foster deeper understanding. Whether you are facing a difficult transition or seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment.
