We are excited to share that the Interprofessional Community Clinic’s Healthy Lifestyle Center is now offering primary care appointments on campus.
If you need an annual physical or are looking for a new provider to take care of managing common conditions like your blood pressure, or diabetes, the Healthy Lifestyle Center is here for you. If you are looking for another place to go when you are sick and need to be seen, the Nurse Practitioners at the HLC can help with that too. At present, they are set up to bill Medicare and Anthem insurance. If you have another insurance provider, they can bill them as an out-of-network provider. Call them at 765-285-1293 to make an appointment today. Or visit bsu.edu/icc to learn more about the services of the Interprofessional Community Clinics.

The East Central Indiana Area Health Education Center is pleased to award the 2026 Outstanding Preceptor Award to Dr. Daniel Livera at IU Health Jay County Hospital. Dr. Livera has been fantastic with providing clinical experiences in Family Medicine rotations to our third year IU Medicine students. Placing health professions students in rural communities helps them to understand the needs here. Doing rural rotations increases the odds that students will serve in these areas.
