A journey of determination, teamwork, and recovery. 💙

When Scott came to Brickyard Healthcare – Muncie Care Center, an illness had taken much of his strength, but his goal never changed: to regain his independence and return home. With the support of our therapy team, nursing staff, and nutrition services, Scott worked toward that goal every day.

His journey is a reminder that recovery is built through dedication, encouragement, and a team committed to helping every resident succeed.

A journey of resilience, teamwork, and hope. 💙

When Monte arrived at Muncie Care Center, he was completely bedridden and dependent on full care after his stroke.

Six months later, he’s now using a rollator, transferring independently, and continuing to build strength every day.

His recovery reflects true teamwork - Monte credits therapy, nursing, aides, housekeeping, and front desk staff for supporting him at every step.

A powerful reminder of what compassionate, collaborative care can achieve.
