Today feels a little less sparkly. 💔✨

Dolly Parton gave the world a lifetime of music, laughter, kindness, and joy. Her songs became the soundtrack to so many lives, including those of generations of residents throughout The Waters.

We’ve sung along to her music, danced to her songs, dressed up in her honor, shared stories about her, and made more than a few wonderful memories along the way.

Today, as we look back on one of those fun-filled Dolly days at The Waters, these photos feel just a little more special. 🤍

Dolly, thank you for the music. Thank you for the laughter. Thank you for the generosity, the rhinestones, the big hair, the bigger heart, and all the joy you shared with the world.

Today we say goodbye, but we also celebrate one incredible life and a legacy that will live on for generations.

Rest in peace, Dolly. 🦋✨

Ms. Karissa and Ms. Judy are best friends who have become more like sisters by choice. 🥰

One of our favorite things about life at The Waters of Muncie is seeing the beautiful friendships that form along the way. Here’s to the people who make every day a little brighter just by being by our side! ❤️

Our residents recently enjoyed a fun outing to Goodwill Industries International, where they spent the day browsing the racks, hunting for hidden gems, and seeing what treasures they could find! 🛍️

Last week, we mixed a little creativity with something sweet! 🎨

Our residents enjoyed their monthly painting activity with AseraCare Hospice, complete with colorful “mocktails” and plenty of laughs. And because it was AND , we couldn’t resist adding some warm, delicious cookies to the fun! 🍹🍪

Painting, mocktails, and chocolate chip cookies? Now that’s our kind of day! ❤️

We took “Monday mode” to a whole new level at The Waters of Muncie! 😴☕️

Yesterday, our team celebrated by trading their usual workwear for their comfiest PJs and kicking off the week at a slightly cozier pace. 💤

Don’t let the pajamas fool you, though—our team was still hard at work making sure our residents were cared for, supported, and smiling all day long! We may have looked ready for a nap, but there was no sleeping on the job around here. 😉
