Some house keeping for this week.
We have openings every day this week but only a few a day. So please call to reserve one.

This week I am working couple hours on Wednesday morning like a 9-11 deal so if your schedule is flexible that would be a good spot.

Some know and have seen the pamphlets in the office! We bought a shockwave machine!! Most know I have wanted one for awhile but was not sure how I could make the time for it in a work day! So I broke down and got one anyway 😜. Just a quick video if your interested
