We loved having Liz from Bee OT join us to share simple, practical tools moms and kiddos can use together — including vagus nerve stimulation, calming breath work, body scans, and gentle stretches to help regulate the nervous system and bring more calm into everyday life.
Motherhood can feel overstimulating, exhausting, and nonstop. Taking care of yourself matters. When moms feel more grounded and supported, the whole family benefits. 🤍
At Serenity Together, we’re creating a soft place for moms to connect, learn, exhale, and feel less alone. To discover themselves outside of motherhood and encourage them to pour into themselves in all areas.
