3 signs that may point to a rotator cuff tear šŸ¦“

Shoulder pain doesn't always mean a rotator cuff tearā€”but these symptoms can be clues:

1ļøāƒ£ Weakness when lifting your arm
2ļøāƒ£ Pain at night, especially when sleeping on that shoulder
3ļøāƒ£ Pain or weakness when reaching overhead

These symptoms can have other causes, so a proper orthopedic evaluation is important if your pain or weakness persists.

Still no power, but we're moving along as best we can. NIPSCO said the power should be returned to Munster around Monday...

Still no power, but we're moving along as best we can. NIPSCO said the power should be returned to Munster around Monday, 8/24/26, so hopefully that's when we'll return from this extended break.

In the meantime, here are some pics from our chair yoga session with our favorite Yogi, Workplace Wellness by Tondra ! She came in to show us how her programs work and the benefits chair yoga can bring to an office space. Make sure to contact her if you feel your staff could use a break!
