Our employee of the month began her career at Hartsfield in 2012 as a CNA. She then became a preceptor, mentoring and guiding our new employees. When Hartsfield developed a QMA program to further the skills and knowledge of our nursing team, this employee was asked to join that very first class and is now an exceptionally capable QMA. Her patients would describe her as gentle, kind, compassionate, caring and always friendly. Many patients and residents frequently name her amongst their “favorite” caregivers. Her co-workers find her to be reliable, easy to work with and someone who is always willing to help a patient or co-worker. Her managers would say she is a quiet leader who goes above and beyond in nearly everything she does. She sets a positive example with her dedication, flexibility and tireless compassion for our patients and residents. She consistently gives 100%, both in effort and in her positive attitude, to whatever assignment she is given. This employee is steadfast, devoted to her patients, a true team-player and an inspiration to those of us fortunate enough to work alongside her. It is an honor to recognize our employee of the month, Angela Williams-Whitelow!
