Your ankle is designed to move forward over the foot while staying stable under load. That motion is essential for walking, squatting, running, jumping, and changing direction.

When ankle mobility is limited, the body has to compensate somewhere else.

That is when stress starts shifting into the knees, hips, and low back.

Common signs of limited ankle mobility:

Because gardening season + yard projects + โ€œI havenโ€™t moved like this in monthsโ€ is a real thing.

We have seen a TON of low back pain the last two months.

Your low back is built to support movement.

Does your elbow hurt when you grip, pull, or press? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

If you feel pain during deadlifts, pull ups, presses, or even carrying groceries, it is usually not just an elbow problem.

Here is why ๐Ÿ‘‡
Your elbow is a hinge joint.

Its job is to transfer force from your shoulder to your wrist and hand.

When the shoulder rotates well, the scapula stabilizes, and the wrist moves freely, force travels smoothly through the arm.

When one of those pieces is stiff or overloaded, the elbow becomes the middle man and absorbs more stress than it should.

That is when you start to notice:
๐Ÿค• Pain with gripping or lifting
๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿป Discomfort during pulls or presses
