Today is the 3rd day in a row this week that we have held trainings in our Nancy Ann Cutter Training Facility! We hold these trainings to give our caregivers the knowledge and hands-on experience with Hoyer Lifts (manual & electric), transferring patients safely from a hospital bed to a wheelchair, showing them all types of equipment that our clients use daily & best practices, going over medication assistance rules and regulations & reviewing company policies and ethics.

Our goal is to offer our wonderful clients in Rutherford County with caregivers they can trust and that have the right skills to provide top quality care! Amy, our care coordinator, does a great job of sharing her 30+ years of experience in the senior care industry to give them the best tips & tricks of caregiving she can! So thankful for such wonderful staff from in the office and out in the field. Thank you to our caregivers for always wanting to learn and improve!

I had the BEST visit with one of our beloved clients this morning. This amazing woman is turning 100 in 2 days and you would never guess it by her youthful spirit. We talked and laughed and she told me she cannot believe she is turning 100 because she definitely doesn’t feel it.

She has such a wonderful family that loves her and cares for her. We are just so honored to be able to be a small part in her life. Our caregiver who is paired with her couldn’t be more wonderful and they have such a great relationship. I could have stayed there all day chit chatting.

She has done so much in her life and worked very hard. But above all, she is most proud of her family.

I was honored to join the 2025 MTSU Jones College of Business - Entrepreneurship Alumni Panel today. Sharing the stage with three fellow MTSU alumni and successful entrepreneurs was a privilege. I'm thankful for the opportunity to offer guidance and advice to the next generation of entrepreneurs and to have met the individuals behind the Entrepreneurship program. My experience at MTSU was exceptional, and I credit my professors for their ongoing support and opportunities like this. It's always a pleasure to share HoneyHill's story and return to where my journey began.
