Pink October: Prioritize Your Health & Spread Awareness 💖

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month—a vital reminder of the importance of early detection, regular screenings, and supporting those impacted by breast cancer.

Small steps save lives:

•Know your body: Stay aware of any changes and speak with your doctor.

•Schedule regular checkups: Routine mammograms and screenings are key to early detection.

•Spread the word: Remind your loved ones, friends, and family to stay up to date on their health checks.

This month, we stand in solidarity with survivors, honors those lost, and supports everyone currently fighting. Let's raise awareness together! 💕

🍂 Reset & Warm Up This Fall 🍁

As the days get crisp and schedules pick up, cooler weather often brings tight shoulders, stiff joints, and extra seasonal stress.
A bodywork session is one of the best ways to support your body through the seasonal transition:
✨ Ease tension held from cold mornings and busier routines
✨ Boost circulation to keep your body feeling warm and mobile
✨ Support your immune system by keeping stress hormones like cortisol down
Give yourself permission to slow down and carve out time for self-care this autumn.
