Today was full of a little bit of everything at Harmony. ❤️

We got to celebrate Don’s birthday and make sure he felt extra special on his day! 🎂🥳 There’s just something so sweet about celebrating the people who make Harmony feel like home.

We also took a little trip to Nashville and enjoyed a delicious meal at Paula Deen’s. 🍽️❤️ Good food, good conversation, and even better company always make for a wonderful day!

And over in Harmony Square, our residents spent the afternoon shucking fresh corn 🌽 before enjoying it right off the grill. There’s something about those simple, old-fashioned activities that brings out the biggest smiles.

🌟 Roadside Attractions: What Keeps Us Curious! 🌟

Our signature event took us on a delicious adventure! 🤠 From Texas queso and colorful chips, to New Orleans beignets, Nashville hot chicken & music, and finally Memphis BBQ and mac & cheese—we traveled without ever leaving home! 🎶🍴

A huge thank you to our amazing Chef for creating the themed foods and to our incredible team for making this so much more than an experience—it was a memory-making adventure! ❤️

🍌✨ A Sweet Day in Harmony Square! ✨🍌

Our wonderful Harmony Square Director hosted a fun and delicious food class with our Harmony Square residents! 👩‍🍳💛

Today, they whipped up some homemade banana pudding while enjoying great conversation and learning all about the incredible legacy of Dolly Parton. 🎶🎶🎤

Good food, good stories, and even better company! We love creating meaningful moments and making memories together at Harmony. 💕✨

We soaked up the sunshine with Watermelon Wednesday outside! 🍉💦🌞 Then it was time for everyone’s favorite—BINGO! 🎉🎉

Jim had everyone up dancing, tapping their feet, and singing along! 💃🕺 There’s nothing like live music to bring everyone together and put a little extra joy into the day!

Our residents went “back to school” this week, and it was such a fun trip down memory lane! ❤️

We enjoyed sharing memories from our school days and talking about how much things have changed over the years. From old-fashioned school days to today’s classrooms, our residents had plenty of stories and laughs to share!

Mexican Train, Rummikub, and Bridge are just a few of our residents’ favorites at Harmony! ♟️🃏
But these games are about so much more than having fun! They give our residents opportunities to exercise their brains, practice memory and problem-solving skills, improve concentration, and enjoy meaningful social connection. 🧠✨
And of course, the best part is the laughter, friendly competition, and time spent together!
At Harmony, we believe keeping the mind active should always be fun!
