Our clients are all in. We know because they are committed to learning and doing new things.

New exercises can sometimes make us feel silly or self-conscious because they highlight something we're not good at or a weakness we didn't recognize. That's okay.

The number of exercises and variations available is extensive. You probably don't know them all. But our clients trust that Dr. Sam won't give an exercise unless it is beneficial and helps you achieve your movement goal.

If you feel self-conscious when learning a new exercise, you're in good company because if you were great at everything Dr. Sam gives you, then you wouldn't be in pain or need physical therapy.

When you show up prepared and are mentally engaged in every client session, you can feel worn out by lunch. πŸ˜‰ We try to leave some margin in the schedule so Dr. Sam has time to recharge before every client session.

Thanks to the structure we've put in place, she can take a break around lunchtime, grab a workout, and then be back at it for afternoon clients. It makes a long day less draining and allows Dr. Sam to show up fully for every client.

We want every client to experience a fully rested and prepared physical therapist. It changes the quality of the session and directly impacts your outcomes.

🚫 "We do not. Because dry needling is only one tool in our toolbox for providing symptom relief and promoting long-term muscle and movement health."

We focus on OUTCOMES. When someone says they want dry needling only, they are often seeking short-term symptom relief. That's the outcome they want. Pain and discomfort aren't fun, so we understand this drive for quick solutions.

The question we encourage clients to ask is, "Does dry needling provide the outcome I want beyond a few days of temporary relief?" The reality is that it doesn't.

Dry needling is a great tool, but it doesn't solve everything and isn't appropriate for everyone. It serves a specific function in the recovery process.

So before we stick any needle in you, we conduct an evaluation to confirm it's the right tool for the job. If it is, then we're happy to dry needle you.

This means you'll leave our clinic with an evaluation that identifies the real problem, an initial treatment that might include dry needling, and a home exercise program to help strengthen the muscles that brought you to us in the first place.

We offer single sessions for this reason β€” to provide short-term relief. If you like what you experience, we can discuss a comprehensive plan of care to help you achieve better long-term outcomes.

We get excited when our client refer their friends and family to us. Putting your reputation on the line for us by giving us a referral is something we don't take lightly. If things go well, you look like a genius by helping solve a problem. If they don't like it, then we take the blame for a poor experience.

In fact, we have had some skeptics referred to us who have become ardent supporters. You know who you are πŸ˜‰ and we're thankful for you.

Dr. Sam loves helping clients convert their significant others into true believers of the performance physical therapy way. They don't even need to be full-blown skeptics of what we're doing β€” simply curious about a better way to do physical therapy.

In one situation, Dr. Sam worked on a wife while offering mobile PT when we first started two years ago. After a few weeks of sessions, her husband decided he needed to experience what his wife was bragging about. Now he sees us regularly, even when we stopped our mobile services and moved to our current clinic location inside the Rampage Gym.
