What is on Dr. Jet’s plate tonight? The Rainbow Diet of course! 🌈 Tonight’s plate: Duroc pork sausage with stone-ground mustard, reaper-pepper avocado 🥑, oil-dressed arugula 🌿, and peppered watermelon 🍉.

Protein. Healthy fats. Greens. Fruit. Heat. And a ridiculous amount of flavor.

My version of the “Taste the Rainbow Diet” isn’t about eating less—it’s about eating better, eating colorful, and actually enjoying what’s on the plate.

Turns out healthy food doesn’t have to taste like punishment. 😏
