Meet Andy Payne, PT, DPT!

Andy is a skilled and compassionate physical therapist with over 10 years of experience working in the Murfreesboro area. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2014.

Andy has extensive training that includes manual therapy techniques, trigger point dry needling, and specialized care for both vestibular disorders, such as vertigo and dizziness, and concussion injuries.

Neck pain isn’t one-size-fits-all—so treatment shouldn’t be either. Common causes include poor posture, muscle strain/overuse, whiplash or injury, disc/nerve irritation, arthritis/degeneration, stress tension, and other medical conditions.
