What a year it has been! Not only has Katie been an incredible addition to our team as a nurse injector, but she has also brought so much more to AMA!

Over the past year, she has launched our Wellness Program, helping patients take a more personalized approach to their health, and now she’s introducing something NEW!

𝐀𝐌 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞!

A program close to our hearts, created to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Katie is bringing a more personal approach to hormone care, where women have the time to talk about what they’re experiencing and feel truly heard.

And we’re sharing ALL the details tomorrow! We can’t wait to tell you more about what 𝐀𝐌 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 will offer and how Katie will be caring for our patients through this new service. Stay tuned!

Here are 5 things I’d focus on now:

1. Get consistent with SPF, yes, even when it’s cloudy.
2. Keep your skincare routine simple enough to actually follow.
3. Book a skin consultation so you know what your skin needs.
4. Ask about treatments that fit your goals, whether that’s a facial, peel, microneedling or lasers.
5. Give your skin time. The best changes usually come from showing up for it consistently.
