POSITION: Sales Associate
We’re seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers find exactly what they need, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Greet every customer with a welcoming attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on v**es, glass, ci**rs, and accessories.
• Uphold 21+ compliance standards and check IDs.
Store Operations
• Follow opening and closing procedures: count tills, stock and face product, complete the cleaning checklist, and secure the store.
• Keep showcases, shelves, and humidors clean, organized, and stocked.
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Daily Cleaning & Maintenance (based on our checklist)
• Charge batteries, check trash cans, and clean showcases every shift.
• Restock products (pull from back stock; face all product).
• Keep countertops, register areas, and humidors clean and stocked.
• Sweep/vacuum floors nightly, wipe down surfaces, and maintain bathrooms (deep clean every Wednesday & Sunday).
Teamwork & Standards
• Complete the daily cleaning list consistently.
• Work as a team to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
• Adhere to all retail compliance and age-restricted sales guidelines.
• Follow all reasonable directions and expectations set by store management.
Requirements
• Must be 21 or older.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail or cash-handling experience is a plus (training provided).
