1. Lift weights 2-4 times a week
2. Eat more protein than anything else
3. Try to move around as much as you can everyday
4. Think of your fitness as a lifestyle, not a dated goal
5. Sleep 7-9 hours a night
6. Make it sustainable

Anything beyond these things is just a bonus.
