Low back pain isn’t always coming from a disc.

If the pain sits lower in the back, gets worse with bending, twisting, or crossing your legs, the sacroiliac joint may be part of the problem.

Ever heard of an injury that just... won't let go?

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is one of the trickiest pain conditions out there. It usually shows up after a surgery (foot surgeries are a common culprit) or an injury like a car accident, and it sends the sympathetic nervous system into overdrive.

The affected limb swells, changes color, and becomes so sensitive that socks, showers, even a light breeze can be unbearable.

The good news is that there are some effective treatments. Sympathetic nerve blocks can help calm the system down, and for tougher cases, a spinal cord stimulator can change how the brain, spine, and nerve actually communicate; turning pain signals into something far more tolerable.

CRPS is no joke, but it's not untreatable. 💪
