What does a full physical therapy plan of care look like?
Sweat! The early stages of rehab may be a little slower and "easier" exercises, but they should always challenge you.

They should make you sweat and work hard. There are always some circumstances when that won't be the case, but by the end of your rehab you should be sweating, lifting and improving your cardio capacities.

We need to make sure the system doesn't break down while you are doing what you love. To do this we have to challenge you in a more controlled environment. We make sure you are 100%

Oh!! and bring your family and friends. We accept humans as well.

🍪😋🧁We will have some finger foods and delicious cookies along with games and you can take your dogs along the Jordan river parkway or head to millrace park for an off lease dog park.
