Contacts are easy to wear and even easier to get lazy with. A quick refresher on healthy contact habits:

🗓️ Replace your lenses on schedule, whether that's daily, every 2 weeks or monthly
💧 Use fresh solution every time, and never top off old solution
🏊 Take them out before swimming or showering
😴 Don't sleep in them unless Dr. Tracy says your lenses are made for it
🧼 Replace your case every few months
📦 Order your next supply before you run out

Allow us to reintroduce Dr. Sarah Tracy, OD 👋

Dr. Tracy was born and raised right here in Murray, and this community has always been home. While attending Murray State University, she was accepted into Optometry school at Indiana University a full year ahead of schedule, where she went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree.

After finishing school and gaining experience as an optometrist, Sarah knew she ultimately wanted to come back home and create something of her own — a practice where patients could receive modern, personalized eye care while still feeling known, heard, and comfortable every time they walked through the door.

In 2024, that dream became Tracy Eyecare Center.

Sarah and her husband, Jordan, built Tracy Eyecare Center together and continue to work side by side running the practice. Sarah leads the clinical side of the practice and provides patient care, while Jordan works throughout the optical and business side — but behind the scenes, the two of them are very much a team in just about everything that goes into making Tracy Eyecare Center what it is.

Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or haven’t made it through our doors just yet, we’d love the opportunity to take care of you. 🤍
