We’ve added a second Level 2 training on August 15th & 16th for those who were unable to reserve a spot in that first training weekend.

I have such gratitude for this group of Reiki healers. They came together on this sizzling hot summer day to hold space and share Reiki for themselves and their fellow healers. The energy in the room was humming, and I can still feel the Reiki glow, these 3 days later.

Second Reiki I class, and fabulous second weekend in a row spent with beautiful new students. These healers really brought it this weekend. Again, I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me as your teacher. Trust yourself, trust the Reiki. Your journey will unfold exactly as it is meant to. Thank you for sharing your unique gifts and energy throughout the weekend.

A few weeks ago, a friend gifted me a sticker that says “Currently Protecting My Peace.”
This small, yet powerful reminder ended up on my water bottle where I am reminded every day that you don’t have to disconnect from life to protect your peace.
Sometimes it looks like a quiet morning tea, a walk in nature, a Reiki session, a few mindful breaths, or simply saying “not today” to what drains your spirit.

Mined exclusively in southern Utah, Picasso marble is frequently used in energy work for grounding and stabilizing energy, for creativity and artistic expression, strength during life transitions, and for reconnecting with purpose.
I personally use these stones with my clients in Reiki sessions for root chakra grounding and setting intention for supporting creative flow at sacral chakra.
I love meditating with my Picasso marble worry stone, as I feel the smooth energy from the stone moving across my fingers while it activates my whole brain.
It is a powerful manifestation tool. 🤍🩶🖤🩶🤍
