Mental health is never as simple as one lab value.

But sometimes symptoms like low mood, fatigue, brain fog, poor motivation, and increased anxiety aren't just signs of stress—they may also be clues worth investigating.

Vitamin D plays an important role in brain health, mood regulation, sleep, and overall well-being. Yet deficiency remains incredibly common.

This is one reason why I believe in looking beyond symptoms and considering the whole person.
