Back in 2019, I used to be outside ALL the time—marketing, networking, and doing events. Then my social anxiety flared up, and I stopped putting myself out there.

This was one of the first events I’ve done in a long time, and I’m so glad I did. 💜

A huge thank you to Linfield, Linfield Football team and Coach Burns for inviting Kori Kryotherapy out, giving us the opportunity, and reminding me that being outside and connecting with the community is actually FUN. 😂
