Have you ever noticed how exhausting it is to keep comparing yourself to everyone else?

Social media makes it easy to believe you’re behind… not doing enough… not successful enough… not pretty enough… not far enough along.

But here’s the truth…

God never created you to copy someone else’s journey.

He created you with a purpose, a voice, gifts, and experiences that no one else has. The moment you stop trying to fit into someone else’s story is the moment you begin stepping fully into your own.

Your light doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to make an impact.

Stop comparing.
Stop shrinking.
Stop waiting until you feel “ready.”

The world doesn’t need another version of someone else.

This is where my energy healing journey began. I had boarded a plane ✈️ and as it took off I had an anxiety attack.
Before that day, I had never understood what an anxiety attack actually was.
Anxiety quickly became a daily issue.
One day I was scrolling social media and I saw a post about Emotion Code. I reached out to my friend and he helped me schedule a session. Within a couple sessions, my anxiety began to lessen.
I decided I wanted to know everything about it and within a couple months, I was certified. That my friends is how 'A Higher Living ' was born.
I've been passionate about energy healing since 2019.
I have continued to stay curious about the body and how it was made to heal.
One of the many things I have experienced is actual healing ❤️‍🩹

When working with clients I am a vessel in their healing. I ask God and God alone ( higher power ) to do the actual Healing .

…but they may be the first person to unknowingly touch it.

Have you ever found yourself reacting more strongly than the situation seemed to call for?
