Please join us in welcoming Leti Puentes, our new Care Coordinator, to the Visiting Angels team! ❤️

A Temecula native, Leti brings valuable experience in senior care, including working as a Memory Care Coordinator specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Through that experience, she discovered that working with seniors isn’t just something she enjoys, it’s truly where her heart is.

Leti believes strongly in compassion, advocacy, and being a trusted voice for seniors and their families as they navigate the challenges that can come with aging.

When she’s not working, Leti is a proud mom of three wonderful children who keep her busy! She loves taking them to Disneyland, swimming, and spending time together at the park.

One of the greatest blessings of what we do is building relationships that feel like family.

Recently, our wonderful caregiver, Maria, stopped by the office with the sweetest surprise. As a token of her appreciation, she brought us refreshing drinks, completely out of the kindness of her heart. What a thoughtful and unexpected gesture!

💙 Caregiver Appreciation Spotlight – Melody 💙

Some caregivers don't just provide care... they build relationships that become part of a client's life.

Last week, we had the privilege of honoring Melody for her outstanding commitment and the exceptional care she provides to her clients. Her compassion, dedication, and servant's heart are evident in everything she does.

One story especially touched us. While one of Melody's clients is temporarily staying in a care facility, Melody chose to visit her simply so she would continue to see a familiar face while she waits to return home. She wasn't scheduled to be there. She didn't have to go. She went because she genuinely cares.

That simple act speaks volumes.

It's caregivers like Melody who remind us that home care is about so much more than assisting with daily tasks. It's about building trust, offering comfort, preserving dignity, and creating meaningful relationships that bring peace to both clients and their families.
