Years of tissue changes had affected the position of her breasts, the support of her inframammary fold (the natural crease beneath the breast), and the overall balance of her silhouette. She wanted more than just volume, she wanted restoration.

Dr. Frew performed a silicone breast augmentation combined with a breast lift to reshape and reposition the breasts, while repairing the inframammary fold to restore a stronger foundation and improve implant support. DuraSorb® mesh was utilized as an internal support scaffold to help reinforce the repair and maintain long-term shape during healing. Axillary liposuction was also performed to reduce fullness near the underarm area and create a smoother transition along the sides of the chest.

This wasn’t a simple augmentation. It was a comprehensive reconstruction of support, shape, and proportion. The result is a transformation that looks natural, balanced, and most importantly, helped her feel confident in her body again.
