Come to coaches when you’re ready to put the work in. If you need motivational or mental health support, that’s the role of psychologists and therapists.

Not only are we not paid to do someone else’s job, but it’s also inappropriate to provide services we’re not professionally qualified to offer.

Too many trainers blur these lines because they’re desperate for clients or money, and that creates unhealthy expectations for both coaches and clients.

To start seeing your own beauty, you have to remove the people who constantly tear down your confidence.

There will always be bitter, small-minded people, but the ones who truly love and respect you will help you grow into the best version of yourself. Never neglect yourself by allowing disrespectful people to make you feel unvalued.

Sometimes healing starts by removing toxic people from your life, and then letting go of everything tied to them, so you can create a clear path toward becoming the person you’re meant to be.

It will take some time, maybe a therapy and talking to process things but, you’ll start seeing what you need to work on, and you’ll feel way happier once you make yourself look the way YOU love yourself, not others✌🏻 and that - is attractive.
