Dudes, wondering what you’re actually supposed to do when she goes into labor?
Your support starts before the first contraction. Take a birth class together, pack the go bags—even if you’re planning a home birth—and talk about what helps her feel supported.
When things get intense, the little things matter: your hand, a cool cloth, lower-back pressure, or simply being present.
Listen to her. Support her choices. Stay involved when the plan changes. And once baby arrives, keep checking on her, too.
Save this for the big day, send it to an expecting dad, and talk through it together.
