♥️We Are Hiring RBTs!
We are looking for individuals 18 or older, who hold their RBT Certification or a Bachelor's Degree. This position will provide ABA therapy for children with autism in the home, out in the community, and in the clinic as needed. This is a meaningful and impactful role focused on meeting kids exactly where they’re at and building goals that truly support their growth and independence.
In this position, you will:
✨ Support functional communication
✨ Teach independence within daily routines
✨ Help with emotional regulation and coping strategies
✨ Follow individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
✨ Provide steady, compassionate support across real-life settings

We are also offering a sign on bonus after 90 days of employment and minimum 15hrs worked per week!
