Throughout the month of May, we’ve been sharing videos for Mental Health Awareness Month focused on ways to support and improve mental wellness.

On Wednesday, May 20, our team at HCC proudly participated in Mental Health Action Day by wearing mental health awareness shirts, pins, and the color green to help spread awareness throughout Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

Mental health matters every day, and together we can help reduce stigma, encourage conversations, and remind our community that support is always available.

Thank you to our TEAM for showing their support and commitment to mental wellness!
