Just a reminder that Hoos Pediatric & Adolescent Care will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

🩺 We’ll be back and ready to see our patients with normal office hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

Happy First Day of School!! From all of us at Hoos Pediatric and Adolescent Care, we’re wishing every student a fantastic first day filled with new friends, fun adventures, and lots of learning and a huge thank you to the teachers who make it all happen!!

As back to school is approaching we have had a lot of patients needing their shot records. If you scan this QR code it will lead you to the state immunization site and you can download your child’s immunization record. We hope everyone has a wonderful school year!
