One of my favorite quick combinations is the jab and hook! 🥊💥

It's a relatively safe combo that quickly allows you to create an angle on your opponent, while also setting up the right hand nicely.

This also demonstrates some nuances in boxing. Notice how I adjust my rear hand to help protect the chin during the movement. Also notice how after the first jab I don't properly shift my weight back to the rear. I land with more of an even weight distribution which causes me to extend my rear leg on the following push, which moves my upper body closer to the opponent and telegraphs my punch more. Two no-no's😬
