This week we continued discussing Anxious Attachment Styles. The guys were asked to share their personal experiences with anxious attachments. Some of the young men expressed that they knew individuals who demonstrated traits of anxious attachments and others expressed that they themselves were also trying to overcome anxious attachment in their relationships. Great job engaging in discussion guys!

This week we picked back up discussing healthy boundaries in relationships through our Attachment Styles Series. We defined Attachment Styles and began a general overview of the 4 styles. This week we kicked off our first group at our new location with a decision making and accountability. The young men were given the responsibility of stewarding themselves as they practiced vulnerability in open sharing transparently and respectfully. The group concluded that while parents, guardians and others at times may impact our lives, in most cases we are where we are in our lives because of our own decision making.
