While in Vienna, I had the opportunity to visit the historic Engel Apotheke (Angel Pharmacy), one of the city’s oldest pharmacies dating back to the 1500s. It was fascinating to learn more about the history of pharmacy and see how our profession has evolved over the centuries. A great reminder that pharmacy has always been about serving patients and advancing healthcare.

Greetings from Big Ben! 🇬🇧 The whole family is enjoying London and making some great memories together. Thinking of everyone back home. We have enjoyed visiting several pharmacies and seeing firsthand how healthcare and pharmacy practice operate in the United Kingdom.

One of the highlights was learning more about the remarkable contributions of British scientists and healthcare professionals, including Alexander Fleming, whose discovery of penicillin changed the course of medicine and saved countless lives around the world.

Our team had a great time at the Convention Center!

We connected with some bright young students and shared what we do at Carolina Forest Pharmacy—from delivery and bubble packaging to specialized compounding.

They also got to sample The POWER of Elderberries products and local honey, and the engagement was great all around.

Even better, we spent time with community leaders and first responders who are making a real impact every day.
