Our Your Health team was proud to take part in the Out of the Darkness Community Walk in Myrtle Beach, joining our community to support su***de prevention, raise awareness, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

Exciting things are coming to Aiken! 💙

Members of the Your Health team recently had the opportunity to tour the new PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Aiken, which will soon open as the first PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in South Carolina.

With a focus on personalized, hospital-level care that supports recovery and independence, we're excited to see this new resource become part of the Aiken community and proud to partner with PAM Health.

🥤 Milkshake Monday at Seabrook! 🍦💙

YourHealth had such a sweet afternoon at Seabrook Assisted Living at Murrells Inlet for Milkshake Monday! Residents joined us for milkshakes, floats, dirty sodas, plenty of whipped cream and sprinkles, and—most importantly—lots of smiles and good company. 💙

We love creating opportunities to spend time with the wonderful residents in the communities we serve. Sometimes, connecting over a simple treat and a little fun is the perfect way to brighten the day!

We loved welcoming everyone to our Little River Wellness Night, where guests had the opportunity to connect with Wellness Provider Priscilla Russell and the Your Health team, learn more about our wellness services, and enjoy an evening together.

What a wonderful afternoon connecting with our community! 💙

YourHealth was proud to participate in the Senior Resource Fair hosted by HCCOA and Senior Resource Specialists at Seasons at Prince Creek! It was a fantastic, well-attended event bringing together community partners from healthcare, home care, pharmacy, hospice and palliative care, legal services, travel & leisure, senior resources and more.

Even better, proceeds from the event support HCCOA’s Food and Medical Transportation Program, helping provide important resources to seniors in our community. We loved meeting so many residents, families and fellow community partners! 💙
