Did you know that AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) can support those who have difficulty communicating with spoken words? 💗

And one of the biggest myths we want to bust? AAC does NOT prevent or delay speech! In fact, AAC can support overall communication and may even help encourage spoken language development.

There is no “right” way to communicate. Whether a child uses spoken words, signs, gestures, pictures, a communication device, or a combination of methods—every form of communication matters! 🥰
