If you want to be happy you have to choose it. Choose it when you're in the middle of the climb, the waiting, all the things that life brings. It's really the only thing we can control. And it's a practice.
It's saying to yourself, I can still be happy or feel joy in THIS moment even when... all the other things are going on.
Oh, and sometimes it is a lot easier than others.
And you may also find yourself saying I'll be happy or happier when all this, insert stressor, is over. Just went through that. Overall there is so much to be grateful for.

Take a breath amd smile. And thank God for another day! 💖🙏💫

That's a wrap. 10+ years of hard work and great connections. The past 7 weeks have been a Rollercoaster of emotions. The moving, the conversations and the see you laters.
The staff have been leaving one by one over the past few weeks and that was emotional. Heather, Rachana, Liz Blackstone and Sarah stayed til the end and I appreciated that immensely. 💖 Love you ladies.
Today, was final move out and it wasn't as bad as I anticipated. This chapter is closing and just like when I've moved houses...Once the people are gone, it's just a space. The space was very good to us and I am grateful for the experience, the connections and the lessons. The ladies at Rejuvenation will always be very special to me and I will always remember the time we shared.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us through the years.
We have all ventured in different directions but I hope our paths will keep crossing.
I will still be seeing clients in my new location in Conway.
